Project Description: Replacement of high pressure steam service to Concourse E with abandonment of old steam lines in place, expansion of an existing fire protection system, removal of old hydronic heating and installation of new forced air conditioning systems, replacement of heat exchangers and hydronic heating system pumps and associated new area drains, structural reinforcement of existing composite concrete floor slabs, concrete coring and shaft wall construction, lighting replacement, architectural selective demolition and repair of existing plaster on wire lath fire proofing, gypsum board, and acoustic panel ceilings.
