Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health, Center for Injury and Violence Prevention, Rape and Sexual Assault Prevention Program (RSAPP) is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) for two rape crisis centers (RCC) to coordinate and provide community services to reduce sexual violence by: 1) establishing a partnership with a community-based organization or service organization to enhance coordination of services for survivors of sexual violence; 2) enhancing reach among a prioritized population experiencing despair burden of sexual violence outcomes; and 3) implementing organizational and staff support to retain and recruit RCC staff.
