THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.



As part of its market research, the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center / Platform One (AFLCMC/HNCK) is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.



The purpose of this announcement is to outline the requirements for Party Bus DevSecOps Support and Platform One (P1) Chat Ops on-call support for Party Bus P1 ChatOps customers to include Air Mobility Command (AMC) 618th Air Operations Center (618 AOC) Rapid Global Mobility C2 Digital Transformation (RGM C2 DT) family of applications. The requirements are to provide DevSecOps capabilities to Party Bus customers including AMC RGM C2 DT family of applications both present and future, and to resolve and support Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues with our P1 ChatOps solution during normal working hours (0800-1700) and outside of normal working hours (1700-0800) including all nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of Party Bus customers requiring global 24/7 operational support.





This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of the AFLCMC/HNCK market research. No Request For Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ.



Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which AFLCMC/HNCK can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought.





All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions.





Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. AFLCMC/HNCK will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
