- Summary:The City of Suffolk (“the City”) Department of Public Works, Division of Suffolk Transit (ST) provides public transit service and paratransit service for its citizens. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide a well-maintained, clean, and attractive Bus Transfer Station. The Transfer Station is located at 330 North Main Street at the intersection of Prentis Street and Main Street near the Seaboard Train Station.
