The Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for the Maintenance and repairs at Pump House C located at 1001 East South Street Frederick MD 21702. The work under this contract shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing of all services and any other equipment necessary to satisfactory execute and compete the project in full compliance with the contract requirements. Duties to be performed are Heating & Ventilation, Janitorial Services, Interior Painting, Any and all other services necessary for the proper maintenance, building and pumping System, Electrical systems, Site lighting and Plumbing and utilities at pump house.
