The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit bids from qualified suppliers to provide detailed interior space cleaning and floor waxing services for the University of South Carolina Upstate (USC Upstate) Housing and Residential Life residence halls. The residence halls include Magnolia House, Palmetto House, and The Villas, all of which are located on the main USC Upstate campus located at 800 University Way, Spartanburg, SC.
