Town of High Prairie
The Town of High Prairie is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to design and construct an eighty-five by sixty-four (85 by 64) outdoor basketball court with three (3) pickleball courts within the court. The court will be installed on a new cement pad.
A photograph of the location is included for reference.
The construction and completion of the project will take place within June-July 2025

Please have your proposal/bid in by 4:30 pm, Monday, April 28, 2025.
The lowest proposal will not be necessarily accepted. Scope of the Proposal:
- Provide a design for an eighty-five by sixty-four (85 by 64) full-size basketball court
and three (3) pickleball courts within the court.
- Submit product details of materials to be used in the construction of the court
- Submit information on longevity and warranty
- Provide the total price, in Canadian dollars, for the cost of the total project Scope of Work:
- Supply and install all surface materials for the basketball court and pickleball courts
on the existing cement pad installed for the basketball court
- Supply basketball posts/sleeves and hoops, pickleball posts and nets and work with
cement contractor on placement of sleeves and posts
- Mark regulation basketball and pickleball lines
- Install the High Prairie logo in the center of the court
- Remove and clean up all debris and excess materials from the site after completion
of the project
