PROJECT: Crystal Lakes Waterline Improvements



*********READ the Pre-Soliciation Notice /Synopsis in its entirey. This document is located in the Attachments/Links. Details for the Site Visit scheduled for July 2025 are included in the Pre-solicitation/Synopsis. ****************



Description of Work: The SOW (Statement of Work) will be posted with the upcoming anticipated Solicitation.



The work generally consists of the following:



A. Perform all requirements (including producing a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)) to attain a permit from the Colorado Department of Transportation to bore a 2-inch HDPE (SDR-11) waterline under Colorado HWY 24.



B. Install approximately 900 feet of 2-inch SDR11 HDPE water pipe from the basement of Dwelling 1 to the existing 2-inch schedule 40 PVC water distribution system located on the East side of HWY 24.



C. Install necessary pipe and fittings including valves and adapters to connect to the existing water treatment system located in the basement of DWELLING 1 on the West Side of HWY 24.



D. Install necessary pipe and fittings including a tee, curb stops, and adapters to connect to the existing water distribution system located on the East Side of HWY 24.



E. The water distribution system shall be installed at a minimum depth of 10 feet below grade.



F. Removal of existing well pump and installation of a new Well pump to attain 15 GPM supply



flowrate to Dwelling 1.



G. Connect well pump to existing electrical supply and control panel, provide level sensor in water storage tank to energize well pump on and off.



H. Decommission well on East side of Highway in accordance with State of Colorado regulations.



I. Decommission and abandon pressure tank and water distribution system from the well located on the East side of Colorado HWY 24.



J. Perform a static pressure test and disinfection of new infrastructure per specification requirements.
