This is a Sources Sought synopsis only. This is not a solicitation announcement.





The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to seek sources capable of performing non-personal services for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repairs of Miscellaneous Food Processing (MFP) Equipment at various groups and stores listed below.



Group 22; F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming



Group 26; Fort Leavenworth, Fort Riley, and McConnell AFB, Kansas



Group 49; Great Lakes NS and Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois





See the attachment document for the list of equipment requiring services for each store. Also, see the attachment documents of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the description of the required services, and the Preventive Maintenance Checklist. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, and the business size standard is $12,500,000.





The purpose of this sources sought notice is to support the market research in identifying whether they are small or large business firms that are interested in this upcoming requirement. Also, this notice will assist in determining whether this requirement can be set-aside on a small business basis, provided two (2) or more qualified small businesses submit a response. Firms may indicate their interest in this requirement by submitting an email to the primary POC not later than May 28, 2025, 03:30 pm est. We encourage and welcome responses from all interested businesses.
