Project Description: The Buffalo Public School District (BPS) has been operating a dark fiber network for the past 19 years. The district is seeking to either renew or start a new service contract of dark fiber or lit services with a start date of no later than July 1, 2026. The district is looking for a variety of proposals to review for either “Leased Dark Fiber” services (Dark Fiber) consisting of two (2) strands of single mode fiber or for “Leased Lit Fiber” Services, or for “Ethernet” services in a manner sufficient for E-Rate eligibility.
