Summer Villages on Sylvan Lake

The Summer Villages on Sylvan Lake are seeking a qualified consultant to assist the Villages in developing a comprehensive state of the asset management system (AMS) infrastructure report, asset management policy and strategy, and a financial strategy to meet its infrastructure goals. This work includes a comprehensive program that improves the internal understanding of asset management within the organization and the ability of the villages staff to maintain the data and reports going forward. Furthermore, The village is seeking a GIS Consultant to review current shapefiles and integrate them into ESRI GIS software to improve functional use for municipal staff both in the field and in an office setting.
