Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington, DC, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii). The proposed source is Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., (ERSI), Redlands, CA. The procurement is for one year. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the tailored proprietary platform which provides proprietary ArcGIS Support Maintenance for the civilian and military workforce. This notice is being published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.
