Electronic Health Records Solution

The State University of New York, Oswego will receive sealed Proposals, RFP #10032024KRH titled Electronic Health Records Software until 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Campus Purchasing Office, 402 Culkin Hall, Oswego, NY 13126.

The State University of New York at Oswego (SUNY Oswego) is seeking quotations for a web-based electronic health records software solution that provides support for its Health Center operations. A Software as a Service (SaaS) solution is sought, which shall provide a full turnkey implementation, including licensing, set-up, installation, testing, training, and maintenance support. Concurrent user licensing, 99.99% service level guarantee with redundancy is also desired. All upgrades and releases shall be included as part of maintenance support. User-friendliness and the ease-of-use in training staff on the software is paramount.

The SaaS shall offer and deliver services in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rules.

The Student Health Service (SHS) provides non-emergency primary medical care. SHS cares for students who have health problems while college is in session. SHS provides care with an emphasis on preventative health care. Supplemental nurse advisement services are provided through the SHS for urgent medical needs.
