The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tool, and equipment to accomplish the Voyage Repair Availability for USNS RICHARD E. BYRD (T-AKE 4) as described in accordance with the Work specification MSCOK 25-035 and SECTION J, Attachment J-1.
All offers shall be in US Dollars and use the offerors final, fullyburdened rates, include all applicable fees and profit.
Offerors are required to submit an itemized breakdown of the price for each item on the form provided in Attachment J-2. Failure to submit this documentation properly completed by the specified closing date may cause rejection of the offer.

WI 0105 Exterior Ladder Preservation
Q1. Request a clarification for "stack fairing" in detail.
Q2. Area of paint & scaffolding and height of scaffolding.
Gov't Answer: This statement appears to be a copy/paste error in the work item. As for the ladders preservation, it is a simple remove and transport to shop to complete work. No scaffolding required for this job.

Gov't Answer: As stated, height will be approximately 8 feet width and length will form a square around forward mast, so Width 8 feet, and Length 8 feet.
WI 0501 Charging Pump Discharge Piping Fabrication
Q.Is it possible to substitute a Cu-Ni pipe welder certification with a TIG welder certification?
Gov't Answer: Best answered by the ABS.
WI 0645 Griddle Replacement
