SS-25-007 Skyway Tires and Parts

The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to enter into a Sole Source contract with Michelin Tires for the purchase of special guide wheels and parts only available from Michelin in support of the JTA’s Skyway Operations.

Interested providers may submit a brief letter of interest addressing the requirements in the statement of need.

Additionally, please provide a brief background on the service provider, service history and contact information for an individual who would respond to requests for additional information. Provide a completed Certification of Proposer Regarding Debarment form.

Letters of interest will be received by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority until 5:00 P.M. (ET) on Monday, April 28, 2025. Proposers must upload their submission on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal by the following link:

Responses must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized by the due date, time, and at the location identified in the Notice (or as amended in an Addendum). No additional promotional or advertising information will be accepted. Late Responses will not be accepted or opened. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
