CULTURAL EVENT PROMOTER SERVICES – HAITIAN AND HISPANIC COMMUNITY EVENTS (Re-Bid)

The City of Lauderhill, Florida, hereinafter referred to as CITY, will be accepting Letters of Interest (“LOI”) via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ on Date March 17, at 10:45 A.M.

The City of Lauderhill is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified event promoters to organize, promote, and manage two annual cultural events :

1. One (1) Haitian Cultural Event

2. One (1) Hispanic Cultural Event

These events are intended to celebrate the cultural diversity of Lauderhill, showcase heritage and traditions, and engage the community through music, food, art, and entertainment.

The Request for Letter of Interest (RLI) Documents may be examined and obtained on and after February 20,2026, at IonWave. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than the Finance Department are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, all addendums will be posted and disseminated on IonWave.
