RFP - Multi-Mission Fire/Rescue Vessel

The City seeks to acquire a multi-mission fire/rescue vessel capable of operating in shallow water environments along the Mississippi River. The vessel will support emergency response, fire suppression, rescue operations, and port security missions.

This procurement is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Port Security Grant Program. All equipment and deliverables must comply with PSGP requirements, including documentation, procurement standards, and allowable cost guidelines.
