A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for will take place at Hopewell High School on February 23, 2026 @ 9:00 AM.
All questions should be directed to Yolanda Fergerson yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us and received by email only until 10AM on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 8:00 AM March 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. 5% Bid Bond is required with all bid submissions over $500K and above. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.
