This is a synopsis of a proposed contract action. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement, including in the event funding is not available or approved.
The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to have a source against which to issue task orders for the various administrative services described in the attached SOW. The Contractor shall provide a variety of Administrative Support Services for the NMFS offices on the Pacific Coast, Idaho, Alaska, and the Pacific Islands. Other NMFS offices may use this contract upon approval by the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on a non-recurring basis. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 37.1, the requirements herein are “non-personal services.”
The contractor will provide a full scope and range of skilled administrative professionals to include tasks responsible for managing, obtaining, coordinating, or providing a variety of administrative functions such as management analysis, budget analysis, accounting, contracting and procurement, data processing, writing/editing of technical documents, mail services and others. Contractor support will require knowledge and understanding of management and administration principles, practices, methods, and techniques, together with skill in integrating such functions with the general operations of the organization.
Under this contract, the contractor shall provide administrative, clerical, data entry, business, analyst, coordinator, and project management support services at NMFS facilities in Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, and other locations on a non-recurring basis.
Primary NMFS offices are located in Portland, Seattle, Long Beach, San Diego, Juneau, and Honolulu, but services under this contract may be required in support of any NOAA facility in the states identified above. Offices directly supported for the NMFS are located in Seattle, Washington, Portland, Roseburg & Ellensburg, Oregon, and Boise, Idaho. Specific places of performance will be identified at the task order level.
