Renovation of Moore Gym Kinesiology Department

North Carolina A&T State University is proceeding with the design and renovation of a Kinesiology Performance Lab in the basement floor of Moore Gym Building (approximately 3,500 sf). Moore Gym is in the student life core of A&T's campus and has been identified as the location for this expansion to the Kinesiology Department. The renovation is anticipated to include interior architectural modifications, minor mechanical/electrical systems modifications, moderate plumbing modifications as well as selective lighting and interior finish reconfiguration to support the Performance Lab design. Associated equipment specifying/coordination with Advanced Planning (AP) study is required. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
