This Notice of Intent to Solicit (NOIS) is issued on behalf of the City of North Miami Beach Public Works Department to notify interested, qualified contractors of the City’s intent to release a competitive solicitation for the Highland Village Stormwater Improvements Project (Phase 1).
The anticipated solicitation will seek bids for construction services associated with the Highland Village Stormwater Improvements Project (Phase 1). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation to Bid (ITB) and will require appropriate State of Florida contractor licensing and demonstrated experience in stormwater and utility construction. The project is anticipated to be federally-funded and subject to applicable federal grant requirements.
This NOIS is for informational purposes only. The City’s formal solicitation will be issued through the City’s official procurement channels, and interested parties are responsible for monitoring those postings for updates and addenda. All communications regarding this prospective procurement must be directed to the Procurement Office; unauthorized contact with City officials, staff, or evaluation committee members outside the established process may result in disqualification once the solicitation is issued. The City reserves the right to modify the scope or schedule, or cancel the procurement, as determined to be in the City’s best interest.
