The Village of Park Forest is undertaking a full residential rehabilitation of the property located at 356 Minocqua St as part of the South Suburban Trades Initiative. The Village is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and/or structural engineering professionals to provide an assessment of existing structural conditions and to issue recommendations relevant to occupant access, safety, and code compliance.

The property is 1,298 square foot ranch style home, with wood framing, and slab foundation. The home was built in 1952 and an addition to the house was constructed in 1958. Full permit plans will be required by the Building Department.

Bids must be received at the email shown above no later than 5:00 pm Friday, March 13, 2026.

Late Bids will be rejected and not reviewed.
