Place of Performance:
The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, is soliciting for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract Water Testing & Wastewater Treatment Services within the Northwest Oregon District BLM, OR. The contract contains one Base periods.
The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be from the Date of Award for a twelve (12) month period of performance.
The NAICS code is 221320– Sewage Treatment Facilities, with a small business standard of $35.0M.
The Request for Quotation No. 140L4325Q0033, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be issued on or by April 4th, 2025. with responses due April, 17th 2025. The Request for Quotation will be posted to SAM.gov utilizing an SF-1449 combined with schedule of items.
Evaluation factors may include price. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
