Description:



This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.





The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC) Notice of Intent





The Center for Cellular Engineering (CCE) is responsible for the manufacture of human cells and tissue-based products utilized in phase I/II clinical protocols for transplantation, adoptive immunotherapy and gene therapy conducted in the Clinical Center at the NIH.





3.1 This is a standing order with multi-type of sequencing kits and reagents as all those kits and reagents with very short shelf life. In order to keep study going forward and save funding.



3.2 The contractor will ship sufficient reagents and kits following the scheduled delivery dates unless otherwise agreed to early release by requester.



3.3 Shelf life-Minimum: Shelf life of any up opened sequencing reagents shall be at least 3 months unless otherwise agreed to from date of delivery at the CCE, PACT laboratory. Shelf life of library generation kits shall be at least 6 months from date of delivery to CCE.







3.4 The kits and quantity listed below.

3.5 The contractor shall supply technical support for all kits and reagents and their performance characteristics at no additional cost to the government.







4. Period of Performance





This is one-time delivery, the period of performance for these products should occur: 5/1/2024-8/30/2024.









5. Delivery Schedule





This is one-time delivery. These reagents and kits will be shipped overnight delivery Monday through Thursday to:

7. Requirements





The vendor will provide full report documenting the safe transport of cryopreserved patient cells from outside institutions to the NIH.





The Vendor will ensure that temperature and other parameters are maintained during the shipment of reagents and kits. This will ensure the desired outcomes in the center for cellular engineering clinical research protocols.





8. Tasks





This is a contract for shipment of clinical cellular material at appropriate temperatures and other conditions to ensure optimum quality for further cell therapy manufacturing and patient treatment.





9. Schedules/Milestones





The contractor shall be paid per product delivered







10. Transmittal/Delivery/Accessibility





The contractor shall provide [1] hard copies of proofs of each product delivered and a PDF







The contractor shall bear the cost of replacement for reagents and disposables found to be damaged or defective upon receipt by NIH or for incorrect or incomplete shipments.







Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
