Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated December 9, 2025, and any addenda thereto, includes all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, and expertise required to accomplish the maintenance pruning of trees along City streets or growing on City property for clearance, risk reduction, and structural improvement. The Base Bid tree pruning list includes approximately 1,960 trees.
The Alt. No. 01 tree pruning list includes approximately 245 trees, the Alt. No. 02 tree pruning list includes approximately 375 trees, and the Alt. No. 03 tree pruning list includes approximately 510 trees.
The Project Completion Date is March 31, 2026.
