Project Description: For each property, disconnecting and capping of existing utilities, demolition of main building located at: 1800 E Santa Fe Street, 1804 E Santa Fe Street, 1808 E Santa Fe Street, 1828 E Santa Fe Street, 1848 E Santa Fe Street, 1856 E Santa Fe Street, 1948 E Santa Fe Street, 1970 E Santa Fe Street, 2003 E Santa Fe Street, 2004 E Santa Fe Street, 2003 E Santa Fe Street, 220 N Rogers Road, 115 S Clairborne Road, and 207 N Lindenwood Drive in Olathe, KS. Removal of all foundations, fill in foundations, removal of drive-through columns, median and other building related equipment, and clearing and grading of site to drain, and restoration of site by seeding will also be included. The building(s) have been found to include asbestos and a copy of the inspection report is included in the contract documents. Contract includes environmental abatement for each property as necessary.
