PACKING AND SHIPPING SERVICES FOR THE U.S. EMBASSY OSLO, NORWAY

The United States Embassy in Oslo, Norway has a requirement for packing and shipping services of outbound household effects and unaccompanied air baggage. The resultant purchase order will be firm-fixed-priced.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-pack-out survey on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 08:00 (Local Time Oslo, Norway), and all prospective quoters are invited to attend. For pre-pack-out survey registration, please provide your company contact information and names of visitors no later than 12:00 on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 (Local Time Oslo, Norway) to OsloGSOProcurement@state.gov.

For a quotation to be considered, you should at a minimum submit the following:

(1) Legal name of company

(3) Price quote, taxes if applicable, and total amount of quote. Bidders should specify currency for payment in their quote.

(6) Confirmation of acceptability of payment terms: pursuant to the Prompt Payment Act of the U.S. Foreign Affairs Regulations (FAR), the U.S. Government must make the payment within 30 calendar days after receipt of services and the valid detailed invoice.

(7) Completed and signed Express NDAA Certification Form (attached).

(8) Completed and signed Certification Form regarding Compliance with Applicable Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws (attached).

The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions.

The deadline for receipt of quotes is 16:00, Thursday, June 5, 2025 (Local Time Oslo, Norway). Please send your quote electronically to OsloGSOProcurement@state.gov with the subject line “Packing and Shipping Services – PR 15344280” prior to the response date and time. All attachments to the email should be in PDF format.
