Scope

The Montgomery County Council is interested in retaining the services of a qualified contactor providing media monitoring services. The contractor will provide County staff and government offices with tools to monitor Montgomery County content and public policy issues across platforms. This service should provide clients with real-time alerts from media channels, including online, print, broadcast (TV & Radio), and social media. In addition to monitoring national media coverage across all mediums, the contractor must also provide a service to find journalists that will amplify Montgomery County messaging
