Description

Notice of Intent to Consolidate D&F for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) engineering support for Program Management Support and Associated System Engineering Service Support for In-Service Amphibious Ships and Surface Ships Integration (ISAS3I) requirements.



In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), this posting provides notification of NSWCPD’s intent to consolidate the following contract requirements for NSWCPD’s Program Management Support Services:




  • Program Management Support, N64498-21-F-3048

  • LCS In-Service Program Management Support, N64498-24-F-3079

  • VDR Support, N64498-18-F-3005

  • LHD/LHA Readiness, Sustainment, & Modernizaation Effort, N64498-23-F-3049

  • Amphibious Auxiliary & Sealift Acquisition Support, N64498-20-F-3902



Program Management Support Services is considered a proposed consolidated contract action with justifiable benefits. As such, consolidation is necessary and justified because of the following quantitative benefits and qualitative mission improvements benefits summarized below:
