The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking bids for the completion of the encapsulation of the existing roof using WeatherWeld 16-30 system and Title 24 compliant reflective roof coating at the OCWD Building 540, Building 910, Microfiltration East Electrical Building, and Microfiltration West Electrical Building.
