This serves as notice that the United States Government has executed a 12-month soft lease extension with 30-day termination rights for 13,721 rentable square feet of space yielding 11,954 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis CRRC located at Harmon Place Building 1201, Harmon Place, Suite 103, Minneapolis, MN 55403.
