Description

This serves as notice that the United States Government has executed a 12-month soft lease extension with 30-day termination rights for 13,721 rentable square feet of space yielding 11,954 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis CRRC located at Harmon Place Building 1201, Harmon Place, Suite 103, Minneapolis, MN 55403. The leased premise includes 45 reserved structured parking spaces and 25 offsite parking passes and monthly parking validation at the 11th and Harmon Place parking garage structure as part of rent consideration. The lease extension has been awarded to 1201 Investments LLC in Minneapolis, MN. The lease extension term commences 8/17/2025 through 8/16/2026 at the annual average rent of $511,448.38.
