Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Corrections. (UDC)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Biohazardous/Medical Waste Disposal Services to occur at regular intervals at the Utah State Correctional Facility, and at irregular intervals at various Adult Probation and Parole Facilities. The service will be use to ensure the health and safety of both offenders and staff at UDC facilities.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is:The lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded a 5-year contract.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for two years. (2 Yrs)
