BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 811210. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0003, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to MSI. The contractor shall furnish the services of qualified engineers, logisticians and safety engineers to support Naval Personnel (military and/or civilian). Authorized services, shall include, but will not be limited to, modification, preparation and finalization of all required drawings, logistic support documentation (ex. DMSMS, Provisioning, etc.), engineering support, configuration management, system safety support and documentation, training and fleet technical support. MSI is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
