Project Description: Scope of Work: Asphalt pavement rehabilitation of Taxiway M at North Perry Airport (HWO) and reconstruct the connector taxiways (TW) on the south side of Taxiway M. The project includes labor, materials equipment and incidentals to mill and overlay the Taxiway M and Taxiway B, and reconstruction and geometric improvements of the other taxiway connectors within the footprint of this project. Taxiway connectors M1, D, E, M2, and M3 will be reconstructed to meet current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) design standards. TW M4, at the intersection of TW M with RW 28L, and at the intersection of TW M and RW 1L will be narrowed and excess pavement removed. A holding bay will be constructed on the northeast end of the TW M connector. All pavement markings on Taxiway M and the taxiway connectors will be re-striped. The project will also include new LED edge lighting and signage.

Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation requirements. Submittals: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically through Bonfire BPRO and receive a Submission Receipt. It is solely the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through Bonfire BPRO by the closing date and time. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit in advance of the closing date and time. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Bonfire for submittal instructions. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting a document, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Bonfire BPRO for technical assistance.
