1. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.

2. Please let me know if you accept products from Asian countries? There is also an American product, but the size will be Alliance Wide Format Paper CAD Bond Rolls (20 lb | 36 in x 150 ft | 2" core). Is this an acceptable size.

3. The solicitation mentions DFARS 252.211-7003 concerning Unique Item ID is required for items for which the Government’s unit acquisition cost is $5000 or more. Can you please confirm if this requirement is in affect for this Solicitation? Since it is a frozen product and shipped under dry ice, I am not not sure if the UID will be required.
   
   
   
   • These items are consumable. UIDs have not been required in the past for this material. Because it is HazMat, it has its own EESOH MISS tracking number that will be assigned once the HazMat has received the material.
