Scope of Services
SDOC currently has twenty-six (26) Elementary Schools, nine (9) Middle Schools, eight (8) Multi-Level Schools, and ten (10) High Schools.
Services are to include but not limited to School Pictures/Senior Portraits as outlined below:
A.        Student Photos in various sizes for purchase by students.

B.        Class Pictures.

C.        Team Pictures.

D.        Group Pictures.

E.        Export Capabilities for use in SDOC Student System Information.

F.        Student ID Cards/Badges of any kind offered as part of the services provided to SDOC, must comply with Florida Statutes 1008.86(3) which requires the phone numbers for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and the Crisis Text Line pre-printed on the back of the Student ID/Badges.

G.        Senior Portraits in various sizes and trilogy for purchase by the students and the option to go to local studios if personalized pictures are wanted, at Senior’s expense.

H.        Each School Site will have the choice to determine to have the Senior Portraits at the School or at the awarded respondent’s Studio.

I.        Awarded respondent(s) will be required to coordinate sections with seniors and send notifications of appointment times.

J.        Provide Optional School Publication Fees – if the school yearbook needs internal funds from this source to meet yearbook production costs, the studio will collect a Publication Fee with Senior Pictures, exact amount to be set by the school. Monies collected for this fund will become property of the School Yearbook Funds.

K.        Provide innovative ideas on ways to help those who are less fortunate to obtain/purchase pictures (i.e. discounts).

L.        Attire for Senior Portraits will be furnished by the awarded respondent(s) for the formal yearbook portrait, at no additional charge.
