The US Army Contracting Command – Redstone, CCAM-MLP, Redstone Arsenal, AL, is issuing this Full and Open Competition notice as part of its market research to identify parties interested in and capable of manufacturing the Cable Assembly, SPEC, NSN: 6150-01-309-9309, to support the Avenger Missile System (M-DP) System. This requirement is to establish a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum quantity of 24 units and a maximum quantity of 125 units applicable to the Avenger M-DP System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to the address below.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
