Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing mechanical and electrical installation to replace the existing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) equipment at the EMS #36 Linder building, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual entitled Bid 25049 Ada County EMS #36 Linder Variable Refrigerant Flow Replacement 2025 and the specifications and plans set forth therein (the “Project”).
