Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Commercial HVAC and Controls and Related Services to all eligible users within the State of Utah.
This RFP may result in multiple awards to the responsive and responsible vendors meeting the minimum technical score threshold.
Length of Contract: Five (5) years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 Year.
Administrative Fee: 0.50%.
