RFP 25-08 Demography Services

Project Description: New Braunfels Independent School District is accepting competitive proposals for Demography Services. This is a proposal to establish a contract, which will allow for the legal acquisition of Demography Services. This agreement will be awarded to a single vendor based on the best value to the District in its sole discretion. Submissions must be electronically entered into the New Braunfels ISD's e-bid system, Bonfire/Euna, by August 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The e-bid will not accept late submissions. All questions must be electronically submitted via Bonfire/Euna under the RFP 25-08 solicitation.
The term of this agreement will be effective beginning September 9, 2025, after formal approval by the NBISD Board of Trustees, for three (3) years through October 2028.
NBISD anticipates awarding this contract to a single vendor, in order to best serve the needs of the District. All vendors properly responding on time to this proposal will be considered for award. Vendor will be notified through the electronic bidding system of award or via email. The vendor who is awarded this contract will be identified as an " approved vendor" for NBISD and may be found at the following link after the evaluation/recommendation for award period and formal board approval: https://nbisd.org/departments/business-office/
