The Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of State Fire Marshal, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors interested in providing operations and maintenance services for the Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Florida State Fire College.
