GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE. The City of Bemidji is accepting Proposals for Group Health Insurance benefits. All Proposals shall be clearly identified as Insurance Proposal for the City of Bemidji.  Copies of your Proposal should be submitted to City of Bemidji, Attn: Michelle Miller, City Clerk, 317 4 th Street NW, Bemidji, MN  56601. No formal opening of the proposals will take place. Proposals will be evaluated, and the successful carrier(s) will be determined and announced at the City Council meeting on Nov. 4, 2024. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive formalities and to select the carrier and benefit options that best meet the needs of the City and its employees. The City reserves the right to select and terminate any servicing agent, agency, company or administrator. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2024.
