The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC—WP) is issuing this Solicitation--Multi Agency/Activity Laptop, and Computer Purchase at West Point, NY.

The delivery date will be 31 December 2025 (estimated).

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, size standard is 1250 Employees and FSC/PSC of 7B21.

• In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
