The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center- Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to procure two identical benchtop Environmental Chambers capable of controlling temperature and humidity as well as full integration with existing ARBIN brand battery research equipment that is already in CERL inventory . Please reference the attached solicitation document for a full description of the requirement, all applicable provisions and clauses, and the evaluation criteria for offers received in response to this solicitation.
