The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) is requesting proposals for the following solicitation:

BPM006479 - Cooling Centers Operation for the Director's Office.

The objective of this solicitation is to establish an as needed/if needed Contract for services to operate and manage up to two (2) cooling centers in the Governmental Mall, located at 1818 W Adams St., and 1601 W Jefferson St., Phoenix, Arizona 85007 (locations are subject to change within the Governmental Mall).
