RFP’s are due on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 11:00 a.m, localtime. Late responses will not be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-offer meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 3,2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Annex Building 1 st floor ConferenceRoom located at 451 North Velasco Street in Angleton, Texas.
