Description

The Contracting Department, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 and Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice associated with this solicitation was posted to identify interested sources and obtain feedback on a draft Performance of Work Statement; based on its findings, this requirement will be solicited through full and open competition. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 325510. The size standard is 1,000 (# of employees). The Product Service Code is 2090.





The effective period from this acquisition is anticipated to be from 1 March 2026 – 28 February 2028. The total anticipated contract period of performance is two (2) years as a 12-month base period and 12 month option period.





The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, a complete RFQ package will be available on or about 28 August 2025, by downloading the documents at the SAM.gov website as follows: https://sam.gov/ Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site: this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor not the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of and contact resulting from this solicitation, expect for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
