Solicitation Document Description: This nRFP pertains to the opportunity to licence the Eglinton Flats Park tennis courts for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a seasonal sports bubble, located at 3601 Eglinton Ave. W., for indoor tennis and racquet sports services within a seasonal sports bubble covering six (6) north quadrant tennis courts (No. 7 – No. 12) to be available for service starting October 1, 2026 to continue service for the community from October - April annually. This nRFP also asks Suppliers to consider operating an additional sports bubble to cover the six (6) tennis/pickleball courts in the southern quadrant to expand on current service.
