All Proponents must be registered with Bids and Tenders to submit a Proposal. Proponents shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker.
Proponents will then be permitted to download all bid documents at no cost through the City’s online Bidding System at https://mapleridge.bidsandtenders.ca without the “preview” watermark, and receive addenda, email notifications, and submit, edit or withdraw a Proposal through the Bidding System.

Summary Details
The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) invites proposals from experienced and qualified janitorial supply providers who offer a full range of commercial janitorial supplies, paper towel, bath tissue and corresponding dispensers to be shipped to the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre in Maple Ridge, BC, on an “as and when requested” basis.
The City may add additional delivery locations within the City of Maple Ridge when required
